Dream Trax Studios was founded by lifelong musicians with a passion for creating an exceptional environment for making records. Every detail of the studio has been thoughtfully designed to combine creative freedom with the technology, acoustics, and infrastructure required for professional recording and production.
Our facility features a Dolby Atmos control room, acoustically designed live room, isolation spaces, premium instruments, an extensive microphone collection, and vintage and modern recording equipment. Independent producers and engineers can bring their artists and projects to Dream Trax and work their way—from tracking and overdubs through stereo mixing and immersive Dolby Atmos production.
Bordering over 200 acres of town forest with walking paths, Dream Trax offers a focused, private environment away from the distractions of a traditional commercial studio setting. Our mission is simple: provide producers and engineers with world-class technology, exceptional acoustics, technical support, and genuine hospitality—so they can focus on what matters most: making great records.

A Destination for Creative Work
Bordering over 200 acres of town forest with walking paths, Dream Trax offers a destination recording experience with space to settle in and focus on the music. A separate apartment and two rooms are available for visiting artists and production teams, with cottages planned for the future. Contact us about accommodations and availability.
Giving Back to Our Community
Dream Trax is proud to be part of the Milford community. We have supported Big Bear with a donation and sponsored a banner on the Milford Oval for the Fourth of July celebration marking America’s 250th anniversary.
Looking ahead, we plan to connect with local school music teachers to explore studio tours, donations, and opportunities for students to practice on studio equipment. These ideas are part of our commitment to helping more young people experience making music.

The heart of Dream Trax, our control room is built around the Neve Genesys Black and an integrated Pro Tools workflow, giving producers and engineers a powerful environment for recording, mixing, and production.
With exceptional monitoring, professional analog outboard, flexible routing, and Dolby Atmos capability, the room is designed to support demanding projects from the first take through the final mix. Bring your workflow and your project—we provide the infrastructure to make it happen.
The Live Room
Built to capture the performance.
Our spacious, acoustically designed live room gives producers and engineers the flexibility to record everything from individual overdubs and drum sessions to full ensembles.
With multiple isolation options and immediate access to Dream Trax’s collection of microphones, instruments, amplifiers, and recording equipment, the room can be configured around the needs of your session—not the other way around.
The Artist Lounge
Space to reset, collaborate, and create.
Great sessions need space beyond the control room. The Dream Trax lounge gives producers, engineers, artists, and their teams a comfortable place to step away, listen, collaborate, or recharge between takes.
