Recording Studio with Lodging in New Hampshire

A recording trip works best when the music has your full attention. At Dream Trax Studios in Milford, New Hampshire, a recording studio with lodging brings your sessions and your downtime together on one private property. Visiting artists, bands, producers and engineers can work on a project, step away to recharge, and return to the studio without a separate hotel commute.

Our on-site accommodations include a separate apartment and two guest rooms. Availability and the best arrangement for your group are discussed alongside your recording plans.

Stay close to your project

The apartment offers a bedroom, kitchen and living area, giving visiting artists and production teams a place to settle into their own rhythm. The upstairs Family Room Suite has three beds, an armchair and a television. The upstairs Guest Suite includes a four-poster bed and a sitting area.

Whether you are planning focused overdubs, several days of band tracking or time to develop new material, staying on the property makes space for the moments around the session: a quiet morning, a meal, or a conversation about the next take. Ask us which rooms suit your dates and group before making travel arrangements.

Bring your producer and your creative direction

Dream Trax is an independent production facility built for artists working with their producers and engineers. Our control room combines a Neve Genesys Black console, an integrated Pro Tools workflow, analog outboard and Dolby Atmos capability. The live room and isolation options support tracking, overdubs and rehearsal.

The instrument collection includes a Yamaha C6 grand piano, Hammond B3 with Leslie 122, keyboards, guitars, amplifiers, drums and percussion. Explore our studio equipment list and tell us what your project needs so we can discuss the setup in advance.

Room to recharge between sessions

A destination recording stay is also about how you spend the hours between performances. Gather in the lounge, shoot a game of pool, or enjoy the outdoor setting. The property includes a pool and hot tub and borders the town forest, giving your project a quieter backdrop in southern New Hampshire.

Tell us which amenities matter to your group so we can discuss access and availability while planning your stay. Our studio gallery offers a closer look at the recording rooms and instruments, and the Stay & Create page shows the current accommodations.

Plan a recording stay in Milford

If you are traveling from Boston or elsewhere in New England, start with your session goals rather than a fixed package. Share your preferred dates, the number of people joining you, the kind of recording or mixing you are planning, and the equipment you expect to use. We will talk through studio time, accommodations and availability together.

Additional cottages are planned for the future; they are not currently available to book. For a stay now, ask about the apartment and two guest rooms.
